Sax virtuoso and vocalist, David Caceres, a
nephew or cousin of Ernie is alive and well in
Houston.

Back in 1950 (or so),
Ernie used to help us at big band rehearsals at
Nola's in New York. He told us many stories about
playing in the Glenn Miller Band.
