Hi Joan,

What is "Category" and does it have a web address?

Your squidoo.com link is helpful because it has more links to Amazon's mp3 versions of the Blue Jasmine songs than I provided, but I don't see any one-stop Blue Jasmine soundtrack on offer there. Can you help?

i am trying to find the soundtrack cd for the new woody allen film BLUE JASMINE IT HAS TWENTY TRACKS AND A LOT OF GREAT MUSIC..........LIKE AUNT HAGAR'S BLUES,BLUES MY NAUGHTY SWEETIE GIVE TO ME,,BACK O TOWN BLUES,A GOOD MAN IS HARD TO FIND,BLUE MOON,MY DADDY ROCKS ME, AND WEST END BLUES,PLUS OTHERS.........

CAN YOU HELP ME LOCATE THIS ALBUM ?

The soundtrack of Blue Jasmine is an eclectic mix licensed from far and wide and it may be difficult to organize the licensing of a soundtrack recording, which could explain why none seems to have been issued yet, according to the current info at Soundtrack.net:

  http://www.soundtrack.net/movie/blue-jasmine/

With persistence you might be able to cobble together your own mix by gathering the original parts, which are sourced at Soundtrack.net and also on IMDB:

  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2334873/soundtrack

You might not realize it from the trailers, (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZ8t31LhNl0 ) but Blue Jasmine is full of Woody's beloved traditional jazz, as a glance at the above lists will show.

You could go to Amazon.com and find many of those tracks in downloadable mp3 format, even with a promo relating it to Blue Jasmine e.g.:

  Aunt Hagar's Blues: http://www.amazon.com/Aunt-Hagars-Blues-From-Jasmine/dp/B00EKYCWB2/
Blues My Naughty Sweetie Gives To Me (Jimmy Noone): http://www.amazon.com/Blues-naughty-Sweetie-gives/dp/B0049YIYBU/
  Speakeasy Blues (King Oliver): http://www.amazon.com/Speakeasy-Blues/dp/B007UHB7YE/
Back O' Town Blues (Louis Armstrong - All Stars) Someone else will have to determime which of the 111 versions (if any) available at Amazon Woody used: http://www.amazon.com/s/qid=1378085981/ref=sr_pg_3?ie=UTF8&keywords=Back%20O%27Town%20Blues&page=3&rh=n%3A163856011%2Cn%3A!624868011%2Ck%3ABack%20O%27Town%20Blues%2Cp_n_feature_browse-bin%3A625151011%2Cp_n_feature_browse-bin%3A625151011

..and so on. Just enter the name ot the song you want into the mp3 search box: http://www.amazon.com/MP3-Music-Download/b/ref=sa_menu_mp3_str?ie=UTF8&node=163856011

And of course there are many other mp3 music services to check if Amazon doesn't have what you want.
