What a great thread! A short search on YouTube provided this link:

They call themselves the Landfillharmonic Orchestra. It's a great outlet for these underprivileged kids, and kudos to the leaders who make the instruments and teach the kids the music.

Listen to the sound of the oil can cello. Wow.

I've seen and heard banjos made out of cigar boxes and other stuff, but they didn't sound like banjos. These violins and cellos sound like legit instruments. The instrument builder is quite a craftsman.
