Dear Graham,
A very nice summary.
And an interesting Telegraph obit link.
But no author that I could find.
A little known fact (Gerard knows) is that my mate, the late Graeme Bell played and toured with the Terry Lightfoot Band for three months while on holiday in the UK in 1968.
One-nighters and a few weekly residencies.
Plus (according to Graeme) three unissued recording sessions.
