Friends, I really need a look at this record
label, recorded by Cab Calloway as The Jungle
Band. All the popular sources say it was written
by his sidemen De Priest Wheeler and Lammar Wright.

But the copyright will startle you:

Gotta darn good reason now for bein' good; lyric by Milton Berle
and Leonard Wilson, music by Doris Tauber; pf. and ukulele acc.
         © Aug. 7. 1930; 2 c. Aug. 30; E pub. 17506; Mills music, inc.,
         New York.

I haven't been able to locate that label, but
I've found that record indexed in two very
thorough collections (LC SONIC and Univ of
Missouri), and in both cases they say
Berle-Wilson-Tauber, so I suspect that's what's on the disc.

Hope you can help.
