I am preparing an English translation of my book about the relationship 
between jazz and religion, "Jazz at Vespers", the first of its kind. It 
will be available on a CD -- due to the high printing costs it will not 
be possible to publish a printed edition in English. The book (in 
Swedish) with enclosed CD will be available at 350 SEK including air
