[Dixielandjazz] Trad Jazz Revival

The best music I heard in New Orleans in 1980 (my only time) was at
Frenchy's. A young band named Hoolis CArmouche and His Jazz Cajuns.
Not strictly from Dixie, but hot! In addition to Carmouche on reeds,
it featured a very young and hairy Wendell Brunious (who also filled
out for Kid Thomas with the latter;s band, as Thomas could hardly play
at teh time).
Ah, memories, memories!
