[Dixielandjazz] editing subject line and text.

When I want to edit the text, I just highlight the unwanted text and delete it. Simple.

Same with the subject line. I just delete it and write in my own subject line, as I have done here.

Can anybody explain to me HOW?  When I had finally lerant to do it, the
settings of gmail changed, and I do not see the "change subject" line
anymore.
