[Dixielandjazz] What's this big band?

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I'm trying to sort out a bunch of old music videos and am stumped by 
one.  Alas, the opening titles and any closing credits have been 
lopped off.  If that's the bandleader's initials on the bass drum, 
they're T.T., but the rest of the name is too small to read.

Can anybody help me out with band name...and possibly any of the 
excellent vocalists?  See it at

(I'm new to online video and couldn't make it "stream," so you'll
