[Dixielandjazz] Drummerlessness

I play for a band leader sometimes, who for budget reasons or whatever, at
times does not use drums. I don't like it and I don't think the audience
much likes it.    It sounds so thin and lacking. Maybe even a little
"cheesy."    The exception might be in a trio or quartet where a few
traditional numbers are thrown in for recognizability.
