[Dixielandjazz] Ken Colyer

No disrespect to the late Ken Colyer was meant.
I have some Colyer in my collection, including the Crane River Jazz Band
(the original one), the "classic" Deccas (reissued by Lake), "Out of
Nowhere" on KC Records (with Sammy Rimmington), etc.  It was a matter of
preferences, though.  I still prefer the sides with BArber, and after the
split - I prefer Barber to Colyer.
