[Dixielandjazz] Verse to "Olga" - King Oliver

I'm looking for the original sheet music, or the original version of the
verse, to the 1930 tune "Olga," by King Oliver and David Nelson.

 

I have the Anderson Collection lead sheet (page 1889), but it has the chorus
only (twice, in Ab and Bb).

 

I also have the Littlefield Volume II lead sheet (page 117); however, the
rhythms in the verse on this lead sheet appear to be a transcription from a
recording rather than being taken from an original or early printed source.

 

Does anyone have the verse, as originally written, or a copy of the sheet
music, that they could share?
