[Dixielandjazz] Lead Sheet Request

Does anyone have a lead sheet they can share, for the tune "Let's Spend The
Day In My Model A?"

 

I found chord changes & lyrics online, but not the melody. The source I have
says that the music is by Billy Vaughn, with lyrics by Tom Mack & Milton
Rogers. I don't know the copyright date.
