[Dixielandjazz] For those who might be interested in John Kirby... Ghost Train Orchestra

Thanks for posting about the Ghost Train Orchestra and its interest in
keeping alive the incredible music of John Kirby, Raymond Scott, Alec Wilder
and Reginald Forsythe. They wrote and performed music which was not strictly
jazz, popular or classical but an amalgam of all three.
