There is a group of youngish musicians who have been playing interesting
1930s music with a touch of modern influences. Their latest project is some
arrangements of John Kirby's takes on classical music.  I have the first
Ghost Train recording and I thought it was quite good.

They are looking for donations to help this project via KickStarter - there

I have made contributions to some other musical projects and events with
