heaven. If so, only us unreconstructed sinners are left.

Nah, that can't be it, our mate the one eyed Bill Haesler is still on earth
and he is a true believer.

Maybe all the music and topics have been discussed so that there is no more
room for musical or verbal improvisation? If so, Jazz has truly died.
