Maybe all the true OKOM believers have been raptured up to OKOM   
heaven. If so, only us unreconstructed sinners are left.

Nah, that can't be it, our mate the one eyed Bill Haesler is still on  
earth and he is a true believer.

Maybe all the music and topics have been discussed so that there is no  
more room for musical or verbal improvisation? If so, Jazz has truly  
died.
