[Dixielandjazz] Paganin/Paganini ?

G'day Bill,
Actually it was NICOLAI Paganini!
As a lover of jazz and classical my father introduced me to to  
Nicolai some 55 years ago
via some 78rpm records (remember those?) that he had in his classical  
library.

Dad didn't connect to jazz but he did love what he termed 'excellent  
musicians'
and Paganini was one of them!

Another was Andre Segovia, and I can still remember when dad & i sat  
in the 'gods' at the
West Australian symphony Hall in Perth and saw the Maestro perform!

To this day I recall with wonder what an outstanding man Segovia was.
