[Dixielandjazz] Copyright infringement

There has just been a court case here in the UK where a photographer
was prosecuted for publishing a similar photograph.

Despite significant differences between the two images, the court found 
that
the second image copied substantially from the 'intellectual creation' of 
the first

Let's hope similar rulings don't make it into the world of Jazz.
