[Dixielandjazz] JazzSea cruising

I just wanted to report that I had a most wonderful time on the JazzSea
Caribbean cruise the last two weeks. Thanks to everyone on this list who
helped make it so fun.

It was great snorkeling with Scott Anthony and his wife Karen again, and
zip lining through the rain forest and sailing on a schooner, etc. etc.
But probably the most fun thing was playing my washboard with Dick
Williams' JazzSea Jammers. It was a blast and I am very happy to have
had that opportunity.

Another great experience was meeting several list mates, especially Barb
Jordan and her husband Jeff. She's a great vocalist and lots of fun.

Oh, and thanks Bob (Ringwald), for San Francisco Bay Blues. I didn't
realize that was Scott's song when you play with Schulz, but for me it
will always be the Boondockers, and that recording is one of my top 5
favorites of all time.

Now back to work <sigh>.
