This is a full tv show (1 hr 30 minutes) hosted by Al Hirt.  You can see the
man doing a duet with Delia Reese (Man With The Horn) followed by Bill
Bailey & Bourbon Street Parade at approx. 25 min. and Royal Garden Blues at
58 minutes. There is no doubt that the man could play the horn, and swing
furiously.  Before that is a band with Woody Herman & Bob Havens & others.
 
Others features are banjoist Scottie Plummer, Clora Bryant on trumpet,
Johnny Guanieri on piano (at 40 min.), Teddy Buckner's band at 1:07 min.,
and Bob Havens acting up on Tiger Rag (I see finally that he did play with
his foot, but with his shoe on!) at 1:17 min.  There are other performers,
but I didn't catch all the names.
 
It all ends with a singer called Irene Thomas & Al doing (Do You Know What
it Means to Miss N.O.).
 
It's all very commercial, of course, but there is still some very good music
there!  Got to the very end & saw that the date was 1983.
