I'm reminded that I was going to tell the list how much I enjoyed Ken's 
band  with Alan Barnes  at Bude Festival a couple of weeks ago.
Despite the absence of banjos and tuba, there was a full house with many 
of the "traddies" in the audience staying the course:-)
The musicians were all excellent  and Ken manages to "front" the band 
("rear" it in his case) with a light humour and with absolutely no need 
to resort to comedy routines!!!

I do hope they'll visit England again,
