The authorities are now trawling the internet for evidence that you
have infringed the rules of your previous visa. So if they find a
YouTube clip of what looks like you playing for the public, they may
refuse the new visa. You then have to go through the pain of explaining
what really happened and hope they see it the way you do.
As ever, it is not clear exactly what you are and aren't allowed to
do. So you are often at the mercy of the official dealing with
your case.
