Dear Chris,
Never the easy ones!
Because of slight variations of the title Tom Lord has indexed them separately.
So I've included them all. (As is my wont.)
The answer to your question is at ****

•The first version of the tune was by Bunk with the YBJB in Jan/Feb 1944 (non-vocal) on GTJ as "The Girls Go Crazy Over The Way I Ride".
•Followed by Kid Ory for Decca on 21 March 1945 (non-vocal) as "The Girls Go Crazy About The Way I Walk".
•Ory again at the Green Room, CIO Hall, SF on 10th Feb 1946 (non-vocal) as "The Girls Go Crazy".

****Ory did it for GTJ on 17 July 1953 (with vocal) as "The Girls Go Crazy"****

That last version was preceded (not in Lord) by the Ory band for:
•A Jubilee AFRS Program series recorded at Beverley Cavern, Hollywood in July 1949 (non-vocal) as "All The Girls Go Crazy 'bout The Way I Walk".
•A KCBS broadcast from the Hangover Club in SF on 16th May 1953 (non-vocal) as "All The Girls Go Crazy".
I hope this helps.
Very kind regards,
Bill.
