Clicking on links in suspicious emails is always dodgy.
Often the words displayed as the link don't match the
actual link. So you can end up going somewhere you don't
expect.

For something like this I would open a window in my browser
and go directly to YouTube in a way that I know works. Then
if you have a YouTube account, you can log in and check your
details. You can then see if you really do have any
messages and what they relate to.
