[Dixielandjazz] Jazz at Vespers - a planned book on the relationship between jazz and religion

I am planning a book with the working title "Jazz at Vespers - the 
relationship between jazz and religion". It will also include a chapter 
about the many religious tunes played by traditional jazz bands, with 
information about composers, recordings etc. The index is huge, but I am 
sure that there are many more. The index + a list of spiritual jazz 
albums can be found on my website www.jazzhistoria.se. If you have 
additions, please contact me on jazzhistoria at gmail.com . I am also 
interested in information about "Jazz in church" in different countries.
