Pat,

I experienced the same thing, but I've only tried "C" version. I had to "force quit" to escape, but was able to skip past the glitch by typing in a page number beyond 124. I don't know much about computers, I just figured it was something to do with me or my machine. I'm sure it's easily rectified, but I'm not the man to ask.

Fantastic resource Kevin, thanks again for making them available.
