Dear John,
Just bad luck old mate.
We saw (and met) Pee Wee with the Eddie Condon Band here in Oz in March 1964.
Another 'lost weekend' for me!
Further to Gerard's and Steve Voce's contributions, here is a compilation of what I have on file:

Pee Wee Russell In England: Pee Wee Russell with Johnny Armatage's Band. Jazzology JCD-355
Ray Crane (t) Pete Strange (tb) Pee Wee Russell, Archie Semple (cl) Sandy Brown (cl-1) added, Cyril Keepher (ts) Keith Ingham (p) Dave Green (b) John Armatage (d)

Note: (1) "Midnight blue" as "Untitled blues" on Jazzology JCD-355 [CD].
Jazzology JCD-355 [CD] incorrectly lists Collin Bates (p). Keith Ingham confirmed he was the pianist to Tony Shoppee at the Norwich Jazz Party 2007 (Jazz Journal International - August 2008).
