Shows just how successful most Traditional Jazz Societies have been at Preserving Traditional Jazz, at 1920's prices for musicians. Do the math here folks this equates to about $3.00 to $5.00 an hour and shows what most folks out there think a Dixieland band is actually worth to hire. At 100 people it equates to $3.00 a man an hour, at 199 people it equates to $1.50 an hour per man. Not counting travel time to and from the gig either. Great money for a five hour gig, huh ? and don't forget that is in Canadian currency too so it may well be less.

Sad part about it is there are so called Dixieland bands on this list that would jump at this gig and a few who would fight and undercut each other to get it. :)) Go get it I ain't bidding on it. On the good side however they ain't asking you to Pay to Play it YET ??
