Hello New Orlean Food and Music Lovers,

Can you believe that the fairly famous Milneburg Social and Pleasure  
Society Jazz Band has been playing classic New Orleans jazz at  
Tapalaya for two years now? Yes we have, and we thank you for dropping  
by now and then. We've had consistently nice crowds and a good time.

Our biggest challenge was that people had trouble remembering which  
Thursdays we were playing. So now we will play every Thursday. Nothing  
to think about, nothing to write in your date book. Just come by any  
Thursday for authentic New Orleans food, jazz, and fun.

Tapalaya New Orleans Restaurant in Portland, 28 N.E. 28th, from 6 to 9  
pm. No cover charge. Reservations are recommended 503-232-6652. To
