Marek:   the kid is a kid, #1 and he is doing what he should be doing at that age PLAYING TIME 
he can develop into Buddy Rich or Gene Krupa later. :))

I have seen many Trad Jazz  so called Professional drummers with less enthusiasm and talent too :))

But then again they were repressed by the horn players in the front line or worse yet by the Banjo player:))
