[Dixielandjazz] Final rites for Don Kinch

Rick,

Your tribute to my dad (Don) was perfect and touching, to me and to my 
family. I sent copies of your note to my brother Steve, and my daughters.

Dad didn't want any service and wasn't religious, so I can't think of a 
better sendoff than you guys playing those two jazz pieces in his memory.
