Dear Bob [Smith], Anton [Crouch] and interested others,
Jack Wiard's problem with YouTube music videos, the Red Hot Jazz Archive and a possible malfunction which speeds up and changes the musical pitch to an unlistenable 'chipmunk' level seems to have been solved.
My suggestion that Jack may have accidentally initiated an audio option in his PC's MS preferences appears to have been correct.
Herewith today's email reply from Jack:
"...i followed some help site online...clicked on speakers....'kareoke' came up....the pitch should have been set at 'o'....it was on '4'...i put it to '0' and tried you tube....p. fountain is playing good again and the chipmunks have left the building...jack is happy again...."
Hopefully this may help someone, with a similar problem, sometime in the future.
Kind regards,
Bill.
