[Dixielandjazz] Tony Fougerat

Actually - who was Tony Fougerat?  Or rather was he black or white?  I
have one LP by him with Jim Robinson on Center, and he certainly looks
white.  I could not find his name in S. Charters' "New Orleans Jazz."
He is also on a GHB recrdinf on non-union New Orleans musicians.
