Dear Bill

Forgot to mention where that radio program about Gozzo came from. You
and other interested readers will find some more of those at:

http://www.goldenage-wtic.org/log-bb.html

They are one hour programs done in the 70s. Some really neat stuff
there. Like:

#24 The Goldkette Orchestra with comments by Spiegel Wilcox, Joe
Venuti and Bill Challis.

#10 The 1938 Jazz At Carnegie with comments by Benny Goodman, Gene
Krupa and Harry James.

#30 Gene Krupa Memorial, comments by Gene Krupa. (For you John Petters)

#17 Gene Krupa Part 1 with comments by Gene from his first recording
session with McKenzie and Condon. (Again for John Petters)

#41 Billy Butterfield talks about his career.

#16 Bobby Hackett. This one is really neat.

#5 Duke Ellington

Etc., etc., etc. They will keep you busy for days.

It is a rare treat to hear some of the greats reminisce about what
happened during performances that we have only heard on record.

Cheers,
Steve Barbone
