[Dixielandjazz] recommendation: cw stoneking

I like this a LOT! The first comment on the Youtube pegs it quite accurately, (george fornby, hank williams, manse lipscomb, tom waits, nick cave...) I would add San Francisco's Rube Waddell as having a similar style.
