Bude is still happening.  There've been a few changes since 2004 ,,,, 
one innovation is the swing dance marquee which is open all day and has 
dance classes in the morning.  This brings in some younger people with a 
greater alcohol capacity than the older and wiser:-) they certainly help 
with cashflow problems! Details are on the website
