[Dixielandjazz] Is Western Swing OKOM?

It might be - depending on contents.  The GHB group has released some
Knocky Parker "Western Swing" recordings that often sound more jazz
than western.  On the other hand, I did not last to the end of the
Quebe Sisters' video.
Festivals are another matter, if they provide an alternative: you make
your choice.
