[Dixielandjazz] Seek contact with Chiaroscuro Records

Do any of you folks have knowledge of, or a contact at, Chiaroscuro Records?

I tried to place an order at their web site 
(http://www.chiaroscurojazz.com/) a few days ago.  The order 
misfired, and since then I've sent them email that hasn't been 
answered (through the contact form on the site) and have left 
telephone messages (to number on their web site, 570-826-5553) asking 
them to call me, all to no avail.

Do we have any list members in Wilkes-Barre who can go knock on the door?
