Robert: I met dave weirbach when he was living up

In Portland, Oregon. I was  introduced to him by jimmy Goodwin.

 

Dave  made a recording " Dixieland banjo" in 1960 & I was

Desperately trying to learn from his record.

 

When I met him he said he used guitar tuning.

This must hv been in the 1980's
