 I vote to change it retroactive.   but only since you you asked,
now if we could just get that to the correct person in charge of it. :))

Maybe Christina, Roseanne, and Robert Goulet can have some influence ????
perhaps they could form a committee and take it to Washington and lobby for it.

But then what can we expect since the melody is an Old English  

drinking song?



Would we prefer a drunken choir of 50 singing it in an English pub? Or  

is it time to change our National Anthem to "America The Beautiful" or  

something that makes more musical sense.
