Hi Norman...

been a few months since I've typed to you...I had a total hip replacement...and now I'm the 'bionic hip Nana'..

loved the words about Dottie...Thanks.... She was such a neat lady...never looked 'down' on anyone...

Mel and I would go out with Floyd and Lucille and they'd say...Dottie will come too......WOW...that would be a treat for us!

We'd get together at a lot of jazz venues around Los Angeles...Dottie liked going to the 'Sunday Jazz' club get togethers ..that's where we'd see her a lot. While she was able...she attended Sweet & Hot Jazz Festival...always seated up front with the Patrons...and with Floyd and Lucille.
