[Dixielandjazz] Flats & Sharps (was: Dogfight)

I was just reading a book on meat processing (don't know why, exactly) but Scrapple is basically pork fat and "trimmings" mixed with some cereal grain flour, cooked and congealed into a loaf. 

Yum!
