DEC. 11 JAZZ SUNDAY- Cajun / zydeco / New Orleans

Tom Rigney & Flambeau - Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011
Noon-5pm at the Dante Club
2330 Fair Oaks Blvd. - Sacramento, CA 95825 

Flambeau showcases Tom Rigney's passionate, virtuoso fiddling. They specialize in fiery Cajun and zydeco two-steps, low-down blues, and funky New Orleans grooves. You'll also hear heartbreakingly beautiful ballads and waltzes. Most of the repertoire is composed by Rigney, along with a few classics from the Cajun/zydeco/New Orleans songbook. 

$10 for members and $15 for non-members. 
Student members (age 12-20): $5; student non-members: $7.  Under 12: free.

TNT Youth Band - monthly concerts at Rosemont Round Table Pizza
1st Tuesday of each month, 6:30-8:30pm  

TNT, the STJS-sponsored youth band, has several new members now under the direction of Bob Williams.  Hear them play while you enjoy great pizza at Round Table (9138  Keifer Blvd., Sac.). Student musicians are welcome to sit-in during the 2nd set.
