[Dixielandjazz] Phoenix Records?

Just received from Worlds Records:  Phoenix Records 131523, "Jack Teagarden: Bobby Hackett: Complete Fifties Studio Recordings", which is "Coast Concert" and "Jazz Ultimate" (both Capitol, the latter stereo; I'm lucky to own both).  I can't comment on the remastering as I only just now opened it, and will test it in the car on my way back to work from lunch.  But what p*sses me off is that there is NO info re the label itself, the standard who where etc.  A Google search brought up only indie rock band labels.

Any knowledge of this CD label, folk?  (Apologies to "the label" if you're a member of this list and reading of my discographical disgruntleship.)
