[Dixielandjazz] Vache, Polcer and Havens with Italians

The Italians might not have invented jazz, despite Nick La Rocca's
claims, but the over 10 minute "Struttin'" is not a second too long!
Wonderful music! And a surprise, as Italian jazz is not as well known
as British or French jazz, or even Dutch. So far, I have only know
one really good Italian band - The Milan Jazz Gang - ant it is (or
was) a completely different story.
