I hope HBO will be as kind to the (actual) musicians as they were for  
the Treme show! Full credits and links for everybody, and historical  
accuracy as much as possible.

I have heard, from a tuba list, that musicians in movies, even if they  
are on screen, often have to give up "credits" for the supposed  
security of pension/401K or other union benefits - all of the gaffers,  
animal wranglers, drivers and support people get credits at the end of  
a movie or TV show, but usually not the musicians!
