[Dixielandjazz] Music postcards

Another list I am on notes an interesting web site containing scans of picture postcards with musical groups or individuals (all white) from early last century.  
Most are not OKOM (one group has the unlikely instrumentation of cornet, violin, guitar, sousaphone, drums, two piano players sitting side by side at the same piano, and THREE accordions--the last, of course, being unforgivable).  However, there are a couple of jazz bands shown, one a six-piece group called, as the bass drum head informs us, "Cecil Brown and His Famous Swanee Syncopators."  They appear to be from the twenties.  Anyone familiar with them?
