Dear Richard,
Based on the composition of the band and the badge on Neville Striblings shirt, I believe that the video is of 'The Late Hour Boys' performance on 28 December 1981 at the 36th annual Australian Jazz Convention at Geelong, Victoria. Apart from Roger Bell (who was there; I know 'cause so was I) this is the band programmed on that day.
The guitar player is Tony Orr.

Which one? It has been recorded 6 times by different Oz groups since 1944.
I'll toss that one to Jack Mitchell.
