Dear Bill,

You can thank me for that LP, I asked Ron Wills (then A&R at RCA Sydney) to 
get me a tape of the tracks other than those on the HMV 78 (being a Wild 
Bill fan) and Ron said "I'll do better than that - I'll issue them on CD."
